I treated my mum and her friend to a spa day followed by evening meal, stay and breakfast and they both had an amazing time. The facilities were great, the meals were lovely and they said they had the best night sleep ever. They also told me that the staff were very smartly dressed and very polite, and that the manager was lovely, he went over to them and had a lovely chat. He explained that he had been there for 8 years and that he loved his job. My mum said it was nice to hear someone so passionate about there work place. I can’t thank you enough for my mum and her friends stay. Am so glad they enjoyed themselves..
My daughter and I enjoyed our treatments the only complaint was the music wasn't very relaxing and way too loud. Everything else was perfect.
I came on my 21st birthday for a spa package with my mum and it was excellent. The facilities are beautiful and the staff are so kind. I would definitely go again.
Thank you for a lovely relaxing day. The staff were great, nothing was any trouble, always there offering drinks etc. my friend and i were there for a spa day package, we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The facilities were great, loved you could stroll about in your robe and try out the massage chairs then pool etc. Had a lovely massage by Laura who took the time to ask questions about my lifestyle etc. didn't leave until 4.30pm. Would recommend to everyone. Great day! Thank you.
I booked on line for a spa refreshing day for my sisters 60th Birthday. THe spa was nice and clean and the staff very friendly and informative. This was our first time for a day spa. We had two treatments booked both relaxing back massage and a facial each. However my sister has a curviture of the spine and was advised not to have a back massage as it could cause damage and further problems so was given an option of something else. She opted for a head massage. (This is what I liked best of the day). The treatments were lovely however I did find we were rushed out of the treatment room at the end of the treatment. It was busy for bookings.
We both said we would go again and plan to book another day.
