Spent a relaxing day here with my sister for her birthday. Friendly, professional staff, good sized pool with loungers, blissful facial included and rounded off with a glass of Prosecco & a cream tea in the hotel. We had a lovely day and would definitely return.
My guest and I both had a massage which was thorough and attentive to the areas of my back I pointed out. A hot drink in the relaxation room finished this off nicely.
Sauna, steam room and pool areas were all modern and clean and the gym was well equipped.
All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The hotel building was lovely, as was the food.
Would recommend and would return!
The spa is very friendly with a lovely pool and steam room. No Jacuzzi but we managed! Lovely loungers and plenty of them. The treatment rooms are lovely and I had a great back and neck massage and facial. The staff were all very welcoming. There's a pleasant relaxation room with comfy chairs, blankets, drinks and fruit. Cream tea in the restaurant was very tasty. The hotel building is impressive with an immense hallway. Perhaps a little faded grandeur in places, but none the less charming. Would like to stay here one day. Outdoor seating and pretty grounds to look at. All in all a lovely day break away from real life.
I had a deep massage tissue by Keeley - she is very talented.
Has excellent etiquette towards her clients.
I felt very welcomed and comfortable with her.
she was very dedicated and granted all my requests.
Very happy customer, thank you Keeley, I wish you all the best for the future!
