Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Had an amazing day with amazing friends.
Booked for a friend and I. We both had a lovely time. The massage and facials were excellent, very relaxing and enjoyable... and we really enjoyed our cream tea too! Staff at the hotel and spa were all very friendly and helpful and it was so easy to book online. Just one small niggle at the spa, we would have liked some larger size dressing gowns to be available. We noticed we were not the only ones wandering around clutching our towels firmly in front of us! It did mean we felt we had to get dressed to go across to the hotel but a minor issue as we both had a great time and the massage was first class - thank you Becky!
Stayed with girlfriends for a big birthday celebration.
Beautiful hotel and grounds. Lovely rooms and wonderful spa.
Very good food. Only fault was that the service was a little slow for our evening meal, but manager waived a charge for our side orders by way of compensation. Overall very happy customers.
My partner and I had a really good time at Frimley Hall Hotel . The Spa was clean, spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our one hour treatment was first class. Can't fault it in anyway. Highly recommend it to anyone.
We would most certainly return.
A Jacuzzi would be nice in the spa area, but, overall it was a great experience. Thank you. A+
We received dinner, room and a spa treatment for Christmas.
Spa treatment was fantastic, the spa itself is a working gym so was very busy and not the typical zen type relaxation retreat. However it was all lovely and fine by us.
Dinner was a fixed menu and fantastic especially the freshly baked bread for starters. The service from everyone was impeccable.
It’s our second stay here and we’d stay again as it’s just a great hotel and the staff can’t do enough for you.
Highly recommended as a package.
