The hotel is a bit run down but immaculate inside. Spa is in different building but easily accessed.
We enjoyed a back massage each and both therapists were very good.
Pool was good size but a bit cold.
Jacuzzi was not working due to waiting for a repair.
Sauna and steam rooms were good.
Lovely hotel, lovely location on the banks of Loch Ord. Leisure facilities are very modern with polite staff. Package of spa treatment and afternoon tea was well worth the visit.
Absolutely fabulous! I wanted the spa break to be a special treat for my daughter's birthday. We were greeted warmly from the moment we arrived by friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely time. The spa experience was professional, the food delicious, the wine recommendation spot on, the rooms comfortable, the view spectacular and overall a really special experience which my daughter and I have vowed to repeat every year. Thank you to all the delightful staff at Macdonald Forest Hills Hotel and Spa. x
From checking in with two fantastic receptionist, to service for, lunch, dinner and breakfast, there is nothing to complain about. All the service was top notch, nothing was too much trouble, all done with the most happy smile and attention. Room best one we could have been given. Wake up view so wonderful.
No apprehensive about returning, friends told how wonderful.
Hope to return again soon.
