Me and my wife had a fantastic time. Treatments excellent & lovely hotel too.
We booked this spa for a special birthday celebration and we were not disappointed. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The leisure facilities were first class one of our favourites was the outside hydro pool. We all had a massage and facial which was wonderfully relaxing and indulgent. We finished off with a cream tea and a glass of Prosecco in the lovely drawing room. The day was a resounding success. The staff are a credit to the hotel. The only tiny criticism we had was that the ladies changing rooms were on the small side but this in no way detracted from the fabulous day we had.
I went with a friend we would highly recommend this spa experience.
Beautiful surroundings we were treated like royalty.
Excellent facilities and food was exceptional.
Absolutely lovely hotel, perfect setting. Lovely room and amenities. Reasonable prices considering all that was included. Parking was extra at £15 a day however we were only charged once. Really close walking distance to the City of Bath but be prepared to walk up a steep hill on the way back to the hotel! We will definitely be back.
Booked this spa stay for my wife and step daughter and they absolutely loved everything, treatments were great and the spa itself was lovely, great facilities and very spacious, staff never to busy to help and advise for any need .
The hotel and restaurant was to die for, food a definite 10 and again the staff were lovely, helpful and polite.
Would definitely recommend this for an amazing spa stay 10/10.
