All the staff were very polite and friendly, beautiful relaxation room upstairs in the spa area itself. I had the hour long Elemis facial, it was amazing and my therapist Lucy was fab. The treatment rooms were beautiful and relaxing.
My husband had what he described as the best back massage ever and my 'Best Foot Forward' was wonderful. We both felt very relaxed and pampered.
From the moment we entered the spa, it was clear this was both a friendly and welcoming place. The gym was great with up to date equipment, weights and good music; the pool is an excellent size for a hotel pool and deapite the aqua aerobics class, there was also room to swim! The robes and facilities were lovely and the massages.....wow!! Emma, our masseuse, was so friendly, helpful and exceptionally good at her job. A wonderful day.
Excellent day at Alveston Manor Stratford. Had body scrub and back massage, felt fully relaxed after, staff all very friendly. To follow a cream tea, cakes and glass of Prosecco was included could not fault the day. Lovely hotel very clean, would go back.
Really great time, lovely hotel, excellent food, helpful staff and an ideal location for access to the town. The spa experience was just the chilled out time we were looking for. Would definitely use SpaSeekers again and recommend this particular hotel.
