Lovely facilities. Enjoyed the spa experience. The staff are lovely. The thermal suite was the best bit overall. That's good I paid extra to have more time in it. The treatment was amazing. The food was 1st class. My only gripe was my room was near the lift and the stairs so was awake most of the night.
My Mom booked a spa break for my birthday and it was just what I needed! Would definitely recommend and 100% will be going again! Couldn’t fault it.
After visiting several spas this year I found the Spa AT Lions Quay, Oswestry one of the best I have been to.
The spa was easy to find, clean.
The reception staff were friendly and informative upon arrival.
The gym was large airy and modern with all machines in working order.
The pool area was beautiful, clean and despite going on a busy day, it was not overcrowded due to the size of it.
The treatments I received, a facial and back and shoulder massage was fantastic and relaxing.
The lunch provided was delicious, plenty of choices, hot and friendly, polite staff.
Well done Lions Quay, I will definitely be back x
Had a relaxing day. We loved our full body massage. Lunch was very nice too. Facial wouldn’t opt to have again unfortunately.
My first visit was a present & I took my mother & a friend, we all had a fabulous time, the staff were all lovely and very helpful. The treatments were relaxing, it was a perfect day.
