Although we arrived late for our booked treatments the reception staff were very accommodating finding us alternatives. The spa area clean and welcoming. Lunch provided a large variety to suit all tastes.
The only note is one for me. I should have made it more plain that my son has learning disabilities and as such needed to be shown the locker system, as he did not understand. The therapists were excellent we were both so relaxed after the treatments.
Booking process with SpaSeekers was very easy, the Lifehouse spa was perfect - treatments, facilities, food and staff. The catering staff went above and beyond to accommodate the dietary needs of one of our group. The grounds even on, a damp December day, were lovely.
I really enjoyed the spa experience, all staff were friendly and attentive - the facial was the best I have ever had.. really excellent. All facilities were clean and plenty of space for everyone to chill out. The food was very good too. The rooms were lovely with french windows opening out onto the garden.
We have just returned from our lovely break at the Lifehouse Spa. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, everyone polite and helpful. The lady at check in was just lovely, she remembered who we were and that it was a break a few days before my mums wedding, at the end of the weekend wishing her luck and a fantastic day. A small touch that means a lot to people. Two of us had a prescriptive facials which was quite heavenly and resulted in the purchase of recommended products because I was so impressed and the other 2 had massages which they enjoyed immensely. Food was lovely and we treated ourselves to a delicious afternoon tea before we left in a bid to stay a while longer in the sun. It was such a lovely weekend that we have already decided we should return on a yearly basis!!
