I found all staff attentive and welcoming. The spa facilities were very good as was the treatment and .afternoon tea. Timings between each activity were well thought out and I most definitely would book again.

The spa was extremely relaxing. The treatments were excellent. A really good back massage and facial. The pool was very noisy when we first went in (a baby swim class). But we were advised it would be quieter later (and it was). Although at this point it was fairly busy with adults too but no issue. The day included a lunch, but only choices were sandwiches, salads or a soup, so more of a snack really. We both went for the soup which was tasty. The whole day was lovely, good surroundings and lovely staff.

We booked as a hen day, the treatment was excellent, all the girls thoroughly enjoyed the experience, for a few it was their first spa day. The booking was easy and staff very helpful. The spa treatment area was lovely, very relaxing. Some of us plan to return later in the year and include one of the tribute nights. The only thing that spoilt it was nowhere to get refreshments when using the Jacuzzi, sauna etc, as you have to get dressed and go up to the bar which is inconvenient when spending the day, other than that I would recommend to friends and family.
