I visited with 2 friends for a winter spa day with a cream tea included. We were greeted at reception and advised of the plan for the day. We received towels and slippers, with robes being provided with a £10 deposit. The lockers took a little while to figure out as they are a keypad system, but once that was done we enjoyed a morning in the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. All facilities were clean and tidy and despite it being the school holidays, it wasn't too busy. We had a break for lunch (separate charge) in Zest lounge. The portions are huge. We then had our treatments. I had a 50min Elemis facial which was amazing and done by the fabulous Alexis. We then went to the main dining room for a cream tea. 2 hot scones each with loads of clotted cream and jam. It was a lovely day in lovely surroundings. Looking to book a return visit soon.
I took my Mum for a treat day, the swimming pool was really nice as were the sauna and steam room, we had a 50 min hot stones massage and a 30 minute facial each, which I can say were both really good and relaxing the resort was really clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly, we also had cream teas including in our package which was a nice treat in the middle of our treatments.
We did the spa day for two with treatment each. Facilities all lovely, robe and slippers super comfy. Massage with Alexis was absolutely wonderful just wished we had got an hour! Very healing hands! Spa staff are really lovely and it was very relaxing. Would visit again.
Great way to spend my birthday, nice friendly atmosphere and plenty to do.
Lovely day at Hollins Hall Spa couldn’t fault the venue, staff or facilities. A brilliant relaxing day.
