Treated my husband for his birthday, we had a fabulous time. Every thing was perfect, our room, our
3 course meal ( the chef/chefs would give Gordon a serious challenge), our breakfast, our lunch, the facilities & the staff couldn't do enough for you, nothing was no trouble, for the staff in the entire place, we would definitely go again & recommend Hoar Cross Hall Spa Hotel to everyone, you will not be disappointed. A standing ovation to Hoar Cross Hall, thank you for making our stay PERFECT!
We booked for 1 night including 1 spa treatment and 3 meals. The spa complex was amazing, best I've ever been to. However as it is so big, an initial tour round to get our bearings would have been helpful to show us where changing rooms, lockers, facilities etc were - we kept losing our bearings! There were also extra pools etc. We nearly missed!! Facial was totally fantastic, best I've ever had. Easy access to sit outdoors at spa would have made it perfect. Couldn't fault food. All staff were very helpful but unobtrusive. Again the hotel is huge and sprawling so a tour round or even a map (!) would be helpful. Rooms lovely but fridge and black out curtains would have been welcome on an extremely hot weekend. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing weekend but due to size of place and lack of easy access to outdoors could feel slightly claustrophobic.
I had a really lovely day at Hoar Cross Hall. There were plenty of areas to either be active or completely relax. I did both. I used the gym and pools in the morning and then found the quiet area for the afternoon. Lunch was delicious!! All of the facilities are fantastic and I can’t wait to return.
Hoar Cross spa was amazing today, from arrival to departure. You wanted for nothing. Pools to swim in, Jacuzzi pools, saunas, steam rooms, foot spas, plunge pool, heat and ice, aromatherapy steam room, relaxation areas, water and soft drinks to help yourself to. Changing rooms were well equipped with plenty of showers that had shower gel, shampoo and also clay mask for hair and body - all of which smelled and felt amazing. The therapists knew their roles well-full body massage was so good. Staff were all very efficient, professional but also approachable and friendly. Gym appeared well equipped and there was a varied class timetable - we had time for Pilates. The 3 course lunch meant we don’t need to eat for a few days and I’m glad we had nothing energetic planned after eating as this was also faultless with plenty of choice and variety. You could change your robe and towel as many times as you needed during your time in the spa.Overall, not the cheapest but certainly one of the best.
Lovely afternoon. Attended with my sister. We started with afternoon tea in the long gallery. Good selection of teas and lovely fresh food. We then headed for our spa afternoon. We spent our time relaxing in the pools, sauna, steam rooms and Jacuzzi. Good facilities, fluffy towels and gowns. Everywhere was clean. We didn't book any treatments.
