Myself and a friend stayed overnight on a Saturday and it was amazing! We were made to feel very welcome and our rooms were only a few doors down from the spa which was a nice touch. The rooms were lovely and very clean. The spa itself is modern and perfect really - there were plenty of cushioned beds, including a cosy one for 2 and the pool was a lovely temperature. The Jacuzzi was square and had 3 huge taps for massage - it could sear about 6 - 8 but we often had it to ourselves, then through an archway into a steam room, heated mosaic beds, an ice fountain and an experience shower. Further on a tepidarium and a sauna all perfect. We both had a 55 minute massage which was sooo relaxing and also a file and paint. Food and staff amazing, if they did delay a little between courses they apologised and gave us a glass of Prosecco. Would come back!
Fantastic facilities , very friendly and courteous staff, would 100% recommend.
The Spa, which has recently opened, was lovely. Well designed and the treatment was excellent. All staff were friendly, professional with nothing too much trouble. We had an overnight stay included in package and were lucky to be upgraded to a lovely room. Meal in restaurant was very nice as was breakfast. Would recommend and will return to use spa.
The first thing I noticed about Hatherley Manor is the tranquillity of the place. It’s a beautiful hotel, and in my opinion it’s perfect for anyone who really wants to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. The spa was lovely – I treated myself to a couple of fabulous treatments – and the meals in the restaurant were really good. Having spent a couple of nights there recently, I’m already thinking about bringing my sister with me for a long weekend. Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later because I really can’t wait to make a return visit
