Beautiful hotel and relaxing environment.
Spa suited all our needs being a mix of a hotel facilities and heat and Ice.
Would go back tomorrow!
This was our second time to the Fire and Ice, you have 4 hours of sheer relaxation using the state of the art spa facilities. Throw in a Prosecco lunch as we did and it’s an absolute treat at a very reasonable price (lunch and spa for two for under £50).
The staff are lovely, so helpful and friendly.
You can book treatments as well but we just love the pool, foot spa’s, sauna, steam and the two Jacuzzi, the one outside is like a rock pool with various massaging jets, you feel invigorated by the time you come out, it’s fantastic! Then to finish your time you can get yourself showered and pampered in the lovely changing area, the big rain forest showers are great.
Well what a beautiful stay. A lovely old Manor House which is decorated like a royal building inside. Unsurprising when you see Theorodore Roosevelt and the Queen both stayed there. The room was lovely and quiet, clean and spacious. Only downside was our double bed was two singles merged together. The spa was great, lots of variety and never too busy in any section. Full body massage from Tiffany was top notch. Great grounds for a walk and golf course too. Only a couple of miles from Stratford. Will visit again. 5/5.
The spa was lovely, the facilities were brilliant, and the staff were so friendly. Adam was outstanding and strived to make our experience as great as possible; it was my mum's birthday and he organised for my Mum to have a cake with 50 on and a bottle of Prosecco. Absolutely great experience!
Only one minor negative - the slippers provided were very dangerously slippery on the wet floors. The rest of the day was wonderful. Excellent massage and facial. Very good, clean facilities. Lovely cream tea. A very good relaxing day.
