Came for a spa weekend with the package girls night in.
We all had a treatment which we all found so relaxing and the massage I received really eased my back tension.
The facilities are excellent.
Really relaxing and enjoyable, everyone had a great experience.
I booked on line and it was easy and pain free. I phoned the hotel to double check my booking and it was all fine. I took my mum and daughter for my daughter's birthday and we had a fabulous day. We used the gym first and then the pool and facilities. All were very clean and tidy with everything you needed on hand. The staff were friendly and professional and our treatments were very relaxing. I would rate our experience very highly and would definitely do it again.
I like the atmosphere at Hallmark Hotel Manchester, because it always helps me to relax. I have been here a couple of times now and have enjoyed both occasions. The food in the brassiere is definitely worth a try, and if you get the chance to use the spa you should grab it with both hands - it’s so relaxing in there. Although the place is close to the city itself, it still feels like you’re in the middle of the countryside.
All the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The afternoon tea was ok but I’m such a finicky eater however my friend enjoyed it. The evening meal was delicious and the two attendants were more than happy to help. The breakfast although it was a little early for me to eat looked delicious had I not of overslept I would have demolished a fair bit of it.
My only criticism is that the interior of the hotel was a little bit tired but on the whole will most certainly go again.
