Gleddoch Imperial Spa was lovely, the staff were super friendly and nothing was a bother. The pool was nice and warm, sauna and steam room great and the heated beds looking over to Dumbarton Rock excellent! Our 30 minute deep-tissue massage was brilliant, the therapist really focused on my aching shoulders (from having a 4 year old and 18 month old) and the Elemis products were lovely. Was really surprised to get lunch included too!! All in all, a great wee place to go and relax.
Spa facilities spacious and relaxing. Very well decorated.
Had a lovely back, neck and shoulders massage. Asked before beginning if any specific areas troubling me or just relaxation required.
Taken along to a relaxation room after and given water.
Able to use gym, pool, sauna, hottub, steam room as desired.
Had a little trouble booking as both sides said the other did the booking.
Afternoon tea left a lot to be desired. Not worth it.
Myself and daughter spent a very enjoyable afternoon here yesterday. Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, treatments and relaxing in the facilities. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!
Amazing day we booked in for 2 treatments can’t fault anything about our day the girls where fantastic great day we will be back .
Overall the experience was really good the facilities were lovely and clean the staff were happy to assist to our needs . The only downfall was the menu option I feel there should be more variety.
