Wanted to spend quality time with my husband, and this was the perfect place.
The spa treatments was first class and the staff were very friendly and helpful and professional.
The whole ambience of the hotel was very good, we had no complaints only the fact our room was a bit of a walk but none the less it was nice experience.
Very easy to book through SpaSeekers, it was the first time I have used the website and will definitely use again. Katy was very helpful and made the booking very easy and made contact with the hotel to book treatment times and make dinner reservations on our behalf, so everything was set up ready no fuss required when we arrived which was perfect.
The back neck and shoulder massage was amazing both mine and my partners therapists were amazing and we felt very relaxed after they were very knowledgeable and gave tips to reduce tension in areas that were required. The pool area was clean and tidy the Jacuzzi wasn’t working on the day but it didn’t matter. We also had robes and slippers to use. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Dinner was excellent and service was brilliant in the restaurant and in the bar area. Breakfast was the icing on the cake great variety and of good quality to. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return and recommend to others.
What a lovely hotel and what fab value.
Food, and staff was amazing! Would recommend.
It is my wedding next month so as a lovely gift my mom, sister, bridesmaid and myself had a spa day for 4 people with lunch and 3 treatments.
Felt very pampered and relaxed afterwards and am definitely going back with my friend for our joint 40th birthdays for another pampering. Thank you so much to Carol - she did both myself and my mother who fell asleep!)
The day went far too quick!! The staff were all very friendly and bubbly - a change from some of the spas we've been to in the past!! We used the pool and sauna too. Lovely fluffy robes and slippers. Gorgeous nail varnishes! Spoilt for choice! Thank you x
From the initial greeting at reception to saying goodbye, what a lovely team of staff.
You do mix with non spa goers in the main pool/sauna/Jacuzzi area, part of the pool was roped off for swimming lessons, we went on a Saturday and it was quite busy with family swimming.
One small point, we struggled with the lockers in the changing area, a bit hit and miss.
In the Spa treatment area, it was small and snug, but very relaxing, comfy chairs and beds while you wait before and after treatments, hot drinks and lovey citrus water available while you are there.
Cream scones warm out of the oven and tea/coffee in the bar area after were lovely, we did go in wearing our white robes, but were mixed in with fully dressed people, so a bit odd to see, however, we weren’t the only robe goers!
Treatments were very good, as a group of 5 we had a mixture of massages and facials and were all very happy with our treatments.
For the money, it’s a great deal and overall would recommend.
