On arriving we were quite surprised at how small - but perfectly formed - this spa is. Start off by saying the treatments were amazing - friendly very professional staff and well-equipped peaceful treatment rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Thoughtful touches like a summerhouse with snuggly blankets. No swimming pool but an outdoor hot tub with amazing views towards Clee Hill. We had sunny February weather so the outdoor facilities were used by all but had this not been the case I'm not sure there would have been quite enough 'lounging' space inside for the 4 - 5 couples there at the same time. Compact unisex changing area too but then so beautifully presented. It was a different much more friendly spa experience perhaps because it's smaller - we would definitely go again and also consider asking to book the whole facility for a day with friends and family. Easy to book via SpaSeekers, great deal and good follow-up from the venue re booking treatments times etc.
An interesting spa: very modern, with sweeping wood and glass, set in the grounds of a Georgian hall.
Quiet and calm, with lovely views over the fields and hills of Ludlow.
Massage was deep and found the sore spots.
Only downsides was the occasional roadworks noise from down the road and the excessive advertisements for beauty product and drinks (staff didn't try to upsell though).
Beautiful setting for a great pamper morning. Ambiance lovely, staff were very attentive and Abbie was wonderful. It was a birthday treat for one of my daughters and the three of us had a thoroughly relaxing time. I can definitely recommend the body massage and Elemis facial.
Had a fantastic day, nice quiet location, facilities great and a relaxing experience.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Had a delicious afternoon tea - "the icing on the cake" for a lovely day.
Lovely little spa. Very quiet and relaxing. Perfect for a little getaway. Highly recommend the lava shell massage! Hot tub is ideally situated overlooking the fields and a perfect place to have a glass of Prosecco and a cocktail. Personally I would have just liked the temperature of the water to be a bit higher. Overall a fab experience and definitely plan to go back in the future!
