This spa was a treat for a friends birthday and I've got to say it's the best spa day I've had. The food was delicious and plentiful. The facilities were brilliant, two different temperature wet rooms, fancy showers, salt room, saunas, indoor pool with bubble pool, hot tubs, foot coolers and warmed loungers and lovely outdoor sun decks to relax in. All this with an inclusive treatment of a 15 minute Aqua Massage. Value for money was 5*; the staff were so friendly, attentive and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel and spa.
Excellent value for money with great touches including buffet breakfast, lunch and afternoon treats. The new sauna suite is fabulous which lots of facilities to meet everyone’s needs.
Treatments were wonderful and well worth the money. A true 4 star experience.
Whilst the room I was originally booked into was rather disappointing (37), the very kind reservations staff arranged to upgrade me to a Junior Suite; lounge and bath on the ground floor with an open plan bedroom with en-suite upstairs in the eaves - wonderful. I booked into the Spa at 3.30 with Rachael who was very professional and looked after me throughout my stay. The hydrothermal suite which has numerous steam/sauna facilities with two semi-outdoor hot tubs- also big swimming pool- all Amazing. Evening meal was outstanding; staff even better. The Maître d'hôtel recalled having seen me earlier in the Spa Lounge and asked if I was enjoying my stay - small touches like this that make a guest feel special. I was able to take my dessert to my room. Following day spent being pampered by staff in wonderful surroundings. Thank you to all the staff for their professionalism & consistent commitment to customer care.
This was our second stay here and it won’t be our last. The staff our always friendly and do there upmost to make your visit so welcoming and memorable. The treatments are excellent and the rooms are lovely and modern and the service received was excellent. Keep it up fairlawns we will be returning again soon and a big thank you to all staff. Thank you.
