Our time at the Hilton Spa was so so lovely, the most relaxed we've all felt in a long time! With us all having kids it was nice to have a few hours to ourselves, the spa was amazing and the afternoon tea topped it off! Was so easy to book through you guys, so much communication. Thank you.
I booked 10 of us in for a spa day, treatment included and afternoon tea for my best friends hen do. We had the best day, it was so relaxing. The spa staff were excellent. Both the receptionist and the spa staff that did our treatments. The surroundings were clean and relaxing and exactly what I hoped when booking. Afternoon tea was excellent too. Really yummy and the lady that served us was fab too.
Fantastic spa day at the Hilton in Bournemouth. Easy to book through SpaSeekers with clear information sent through via email about the day. Lovely welcoming staff in the Spa and particular mention to the ladies who provided our treatment massage and facial. Cream tea in the afternoon served in the bar upstairs overlooking Bournemouth. Delicious food and the staff couldn’t do enough for us and were so lovely. Highly recommend it! Thank you to all of the staff.
Took my mum to the spa on her birthday and we had a lovely day. Our treatments were relaxing and the therapists extremely good.
The pool looked lovely but mum and I did find it a little bit cold so didn’t stay in long. The steam room and sauna were good but are not very big as you would expect in a hotel spa. The transition room was very relaxing and the perfect place to go after the wonderful afternoon tea. The service in the Sky Bar was fantastic and we were given plenty of time to really enjoy the afternoon tea.
We really enjoyed our day and thought we had fantastic value for money. Our only other problem were the signs in the hotel car park which were not very clear. We were not the only people who found them confusing!
The Hilton Bournemouth is where the Eforea spa is situated. A lovely new modern spa. The transition room before and after treatment is amazing and so relaxing. The therapists are friendly professional and listen to what you have to say. Only down side of this great venue is in the swimming pool area where there are only 3 loungers and there was 9 of us and we didn’t feel welcome staying in the transition lounge. The hour treatment the spa provides was for me the best I’ve ever had .
