As soon as we arrived for our spa day we felt welcomed by staff! Complimentary tea and coffee arrival all day! We were directed to the pool area and although initially there was a noisy aqua aerobics taking place that was soon over and we could relax. My mum and I had our back massage and facials done by Raqual and Tracy, what fantastic therapist, a true credit to Crowne Plaza! Tracy was able to recommend alternative advice on issues I had been having which was gratefully received. The lunch was good with plenty of choice! What a truly bargain for £49pp! We have been to many local spas and will definitely be returning! The only thing I would comment on was the pool area was very slippery!!

I bought this spa day for two for my Mum's birthday. We had a great day. The facial was the best that I have ever had and the facilities are very good. There was a two course lunch included which was very nice. The staff are lovely.
