Had a great weekend away at the Crowne Plaza in Reading. Booking was made really easy online. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely in the restaurant in the evening and breakfast that was included was very tasty. Parking was great with having a secure car park next to the hotel.

When arriving at the spa, we had a little confusion as our treatment times were different to what we pre booked over the phone. However the new times were much better for us anyway. We waited a little for robes and towels, but after that the spa manager was very helpful and guided us through to the changing room. The facilities were clean throughout, although the toilet paper did run out in all of the bathrooms at one point! There could be slightly more seating but we didn’t struggle as it was a quiet day. The treatments we had were lovely and relaxing and the staff were all polite and helpful.
