A treat for my daughter

Maureen Buckley , Gateshead

I visited Crown Plaza for a "spa day out" with my two daughters, it was my youngest's 50th birthday. Upon arriving we were met by the spa staff who made us most welcome. We changed into our swimwear and enjoyed a swim. This was followed by our spa treatments, my daughters both enjoyed a back massage and I had a facial. This was very relaxing and we all felt very relaxed. We ended our treat with a lovely lunch in the hotel and went home having really enjoyed our day.

Relaxing time

Jennifer, Newcastle upon Tyne

Enjoyed an excellent mid week spa day, massage and afternoon tea. Small but very pleasant spa facilities. Massage was lovely. Service in the restaurant a bit slow considering how empty it was but overall a very relaxing and enjoyable experience! Hope to do it again.

Beautiful hotel and facilities clean. Food was of a very good standard and plenty of options to choose from.
Staff were very attentive and the treatments were excellent. One of the best spa days I have had. Would definitely book again.
