Enjoyed an excellent mid week spa day, massage and afternoon tea. Small but very pleasant spa facilities. Massage was lovely. Service in the restaurant a bit slow considering how empty it was but overall a very relaxing and enjoyable experience! Hope to do it again.
Beautiful hotel and facilities clean. Food was of a very good standard and plenty of options to choose from.
Staff were very attentive and the treatments were excellent. One of the best spa days I have had. Would definitely book again.
LOVELY RELAXING DAY ALL FACILITIES TREATMENTS WERE GREAT ONLY FAULT COULD OF DONE WITH MORE LOUNGERS TO SIT ON .
I booked in with my two daughters for a day out. All of our treatments were good and the afternoon tea was great.
Changing rooms a little small when busy.
Only downside was a large family group sitting in the Jacuzzi all morning!
It's always a risk going to a new spa but this one turned out to be a great little place. It's not big but has steam and Jacuzzi facilities, gym and chill out area. There are not a great deal of lounger chairs but the turnover is quite high with people leaving for treatments.
Unfortunately the paperwork aspect let the experience down a bit as Crowne Plaza were insisting I needed a voucher code which I did not have. A quick call to Spa Seekers sorted it but delayed our relaxation time a little.
The Prosecco afternoon tea was a delight and finished the day off nicely.
Despite the minor issues, I'd consider returning again.
