Absolutely fantastic! From start to finish could not fault the accommodation, service or factilities. We all had a wonderful time and have already been recommending to our friends and family.
An excellent spa break, would recommend. Treatment was wonderful & 10/ out of 10. Restaurant was also excellent.
Booking process was easy, professional and got a good deal for a Sunday night stay. Congham Hall was absolutely beautiful, just perfectly English and so comfortable. Spa was fab, sat in the outdoor hot tub, drinking a glass of wine, looking out over mature parkland. Had a wonderful Indian head massage. Finished with the best three course meal I have ever had! Beautiful rooms, fantastic staff. What more can I say!
Having spent two blissful nights at Congham Hall in the spring, I feel I had to write about it. The break was just gorgeous, and everything about this hotel is designed to relax you from the start. The surrounding grounds and gardens are wonderful, especially if the sun is shining and you get the chance to enjoy a long walk. The food in the restaurant was amazing – make sure you try the steak – and the spa was so relaxing. Our bedroom was as comfortable as can be and the people who work at the hotel were really nice. It’s in a quiet location so if you want noise and excitement you should probably go somewhere else, but if you like peace and tranquillity it’s perfect.
I found it easy to book using the vouchers I had been given for a birthday gift.
The day itself was very relaxing. I enjoyed the pool and the various showers, hot rooms and sauna. I found all the staff very caring and attentive throughout the day.
The lunch was very tasty with a good menu from which to choose.
The day ended with 2 hours of treatments which I found totally relaxing.
I left with a resolve to come back some time.
I liked having the treatments to finish off the day.
