The Workout
The magnificent Chill Out Spa is located in the grounds of the wonderful Knowsley Estate, the ancestral home of Lord and Lady Derby. The grounds provide the perfect location for long, healthy walks amid the most serene atmosphere.
There are a number of high profile golf courses in the area for those who prefer something a little more competitive. And of course once you’re in the mood for some luxurious recovery, the Tranquillity Lounge will be waiting to welcome you.
The Food
