Although undergoing extensive refurbishment, I enjoyed the familiarity of my return visit to the ambience of this intimate spa. The treatments are given by pleasant, experienced staff and there are many activities and classes to help encourage a healthy lifestyle. Your day can be as busy or as relaxing as you want it to be. The food is nutritionally planned for healthy eating and I personally enjoy it greatly. I plan to return as soon as I can.

Attended Spa with my two daughters. We had a relaxing evening using the facilities offered. We took part in Aqua aerobics which we all loved. We had a 3 course meal afterwards which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Our waitress was exceptional and extremely polite.
We will most definitely be visiting again.
