Lovely, chilled experience my first ever spa day and I loved it 😄
Although undergoing extensive refurbishment, I enjoyed the familiarity of my return visit to the ambience of this intimate spa. The treatments are given by pleasant, experienced staff and there are many activities and classes to help encourage a healthy lifestyle. Your day can be as busy or as relaxing as you want it to be. The food is nutritionally planned for healthy eating and I personally enjoy it greatly. I plan to return as soon as I can.
Attended Spa with my two daughters. We had a relaxing evening using the facilities offered. We took part in Aqua aerobics which we all loved. We had a 3 course meal afterwards which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Our waitress was exceptional and extremely polite.
We will most definitely be visiting again.
Champneys Henlow was well staffed with impeccable customer service. The spa was clean & well designed. The only downside was the lack of towels - a more regular towel service would be good. The inside of the spa could have done with being warmer & the water in the Jacuzzi seemed cold but maybe it was just me! The Champneys 25 minute massage that I had was just bliss. The hot/cold food 'all you can eat' buffet was excellent - a huge range of food was available & it was so tasty!
Our ages are 22, 51 and 79 and we all loved our day especially meeting up for the healthy lunch. The reception was extremely welcoming and then we were offered half prices on certain treatments which I benefited from. My daughter and granddaughter both enjoyed pilates, booty excercise and roller classes. Everyone was courteous, helpful and professional. We could not fault our day in anyway.
