Treatment was good value and enjoyable. Spa itself was lovely and relaxing. The food was good although a bit of a limited menu unless changed frequently. My only suggestion would be to put cup in the changing area to enable guests to drink plenty of water, I find fountains deter me. I was very satisfied overall and would come again.
We took 50 of our staff for a one day Spa that was to mark our 15 years of business. The staff loved every minute of the day. It was superbly organised from booking through to the execution of the day. A very motivated team after a wonderful day at Champney's.
My sister got me a present for the evening spa and it was amazing. There were all these different individual rooms with different experiences. There was a gorgeous hot pool outside with jets and steam it was so lovely. Several saunas and steam rooms all of which were quiet and relaxing. Waterbeds/pods/chairs to longe in. There was an ice room, showers with a tropical setting that played birds tweeting. The fire room was so relaxing I could of stayed there most the day with a book. The shower facilities were good you did not need to bring anything. The evening meal was nutritious and there was a lot to chose from.checking in and out was easier and an excellent service throughout
It was first time i have been there, everybody was so friendly and polite, it was an amazing day, I was so relaxed after every treatment, my skin was so soft. I cant wait to book and go again.
Once again we thoroughly enjoyed being pampered by the staff in the excellent facilities at Forest Mere. We were fortunate with good weather which meant we could enjoy the outdoor pool as well as the indoor one. The treatments included in our package were most enjoyable and the staff happily re-arranged these to suit our convenience. My only complaint is that the small dinghy which used to be available for guests to use on the lake is still kept out of service. "Health and Safety" is always quoted !
