I booked this as a 60th birthday treat for my best friend. Even though we could have used all the facilities we chose not too. We both had neck & back massage which was amazing. Sue the spa manageress was very friendly and welcomed us. Afterwards we had the most amazing afternoon tea, with a young man keep checking if we needed anything. We couldn't eat it all so he boxed it up (even the pot of clotted cream) for us to take it home. All in all excellent service and can thoroughly recommend.
This place is all about the treatments, the massage, facial and hand treatment I had were all amazing. Sue and Beth were really friendly and I will definitely be returning for them. Didn't spend much time in the pool area as it was full of kids jumping in and splashing around and there are only a few beds around the pool. I spent time instead relaxing in the upstairs bar area which was really peaceful.
Beth and Sue made a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Best massage I have ever had. Left feeling very relaxed, both lovely ladies. Thank you Sue.
I decided that my husband and I needed a few hours of relaxation so I booked us in the afternoon tea Spa day the evening before I wanted it. No issues with booking, very helpful.
We arrived at around 10:30 and the girls on reception were very nice and we were given towels and robes and also locker keys. Changing rooms were clean. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and the weather was amazing so we got some sun bathing in outside too for a couple of hours.
We both booked in for back and neck massages, Sue was lovely, very attentive and made us feel very comfortable.
We had afternoon tea booked for mid afternoon which we got to enjoy outside looking over the amazing views of the area. Great selection of sandwiches and cakes and scones to finish.
We were looking to relax for a few hours and get away from the stresses of life and we certainly managed to do that.
I would definitely recommend Webbington Spa to friends and family.
I booked this for Easter Friday for my daughter's birthday treat. The package was to arrive from 10am with use of the sauna, steam room and pool all day, a half hour treatment and high tea at 4pm. It was a sunny day so we were able to lie outside the pool on the sun lounges. We both had the neck shoulder back massage- I'm so sorry but I don't remember the therapist name but she was so friendly - the massage was amazing, she got some knots out of my shoulders and I felt better for it.
High tea was fabulous - we could not eat it all - We had such a chill in this relaxed spa, we are already checking our diaries to go again.
