I booked this spa weekend treatment for a surprise for my wife. When we arrived at the hotel the staff on reception was very professional and extremely polite. The hotel room was a good size very clean and tidy. The spa facilities was very clean, and the massage package that I booked was very relaxing as was the staff that performed the massage. I also booked a meal at the restaurant Marco Pierre Whites, all the staff very helpful and professional. And the food, the food was amazing I’d highly recommend the steak, that was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this hotel and spa and book it as a package with the meal. It was the perfect weekend break my wife and I needed. Also a big thank you to SpaSeeekers and Libby for finding and booking this venue.
We booked this spa break for a surprise hen. Everything was amazing, from the booking process to the time we left.
The hotel, spa treatment/facilities, food & drinks was lovely. The staff were amazing, so polite, friendly and catered to our needs. Will be returning. The bride to be absolutely loved it.
Have recently done the Winter Warmer Spa Day with a friend and had the best experience. She had never been to a spa before so made it even more special. The staff were very helpful, the facilities spotless, the massage was great, and a lovely afternoon tea to finish up. I highly recommend this place and I know I will be going back at some point.
Lovely day, we had full body massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. Ellie and Emma were very professional and very good at their jobs. The facilities were lovely and so was lunch. Would recommend to anybody!
