Staff lovely. Facilities great. Back and neck massage fantastic.
We had a lovely weekend. Included in the price was our spa treatment, overnight stay, a three course dinner and a lovely breakfast.
We were very impressed with the cost of all this.
The booking was so easy. Our first choice of hotel was full booked for the date we wanted but SpaSeekers found an alternative venue and we couldn't have been happier with it.
We will be booking with them again...for sure.
Amazing, friendly and clean. Staff go above and beyond.
We paid a small fee to upgrade to a water view room which was totally worth it. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The included spa treatments were exceptional. Dinner and breakfast for two days was included. The food was good, but not excellent. But the value for the money was absolutely phenomenal. We stopped at Leeds Castle and Sissinghurst Castle Gardens on the way down, spent a day at Dover Castle and then Stopped in Canterbury on our way back. It was a perfect three day trip.
We had a lovely relaxing visit from start to finish. The hotel was easy to find and has an impressive outlook. Parking was easy and the staff incredibly helpful. The spa was quiet and clean and our swedish massages were beautiful. In the morning we breakfasted outside looking out over the sea under the watchful eye of the Castle. We would definitely book again although we would request a sea facing room; our was at the back and traffic and business for both the shopping centre and hotel woke us at 5:00.
