Booked a mother and daughter spa day. Both Charlotte and Megan were excellent therapists. They made us feel welcome and both were very professional. I could not fault the treatments we were given and neither could my daughter. The spa is clean and the treatment rooms cosy. The lunch, included in price, had plenty of choice and was fresh, tasty and nicely presented. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam rooms. Both pool and gym have lovely views across the golf course and countryside. Staff everywhere were professional, helpful and friendly. They all seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The only thing we weren't expecting was the walk from the spa to the gym and pool which is through the hotel lounge and bar - in your fluffy white robes and slippers! But clearly staff/regular clients are used to this and soon we were happily drifting about. We didn't use the gym and we regretted not having kit with us as its well equipped. Would we recommend it? Yes. Will we go back again? Yes.

What a wonderful treat. Can highly recommend this spa within a beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough to make sure your day is perfect - both in the spa and the hotel. After a relaxing massage and facial, we had a lovely lunch overlooking the beautiful golf course. Enjoyed the pool and the comfy loungers. Will definitely be back soon.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful and polite at all times. It was a big birthday and the Brasserie staff made me a birthday treat and sung happy birthday to me with my guests!! It is a lovely location and I will definitely be going back very soon.
