Day out with my daughter and granddaughter. I love the Bannatyne at Fairfield - lovely pool area, staff and treatments - couldn’t fault anything, along with lunch and Prosecco! Booking made very easy with helpful lady at SpaSeekers.

Our two for one offer made this very good value as a full hour Elemis treatment was included.
We particularly wanted to go to this Spa as we had spent sometime in the building as student nurses when it was a hospital so it was a bit of a nostalgic visit for us.
The building is beautiful but the pool area is small. As two friends having a catch up it was fine but there is only the pool, stream room and sauna. It would be a bit limiting for a bigger group.
We used the Orchard Bistro and thought the drinks ( both alcoholic and hot drinks) were good value but the food was average. Quite a long wait as well considering we were asked to pre order.
The treatments were very good and I can't fault them.

After speaking to Faye at SpaSeekers, I knew it was going to be a positive experience. It surpassed all our expectations!
Stunning venue, really clean with every helpful staff.
Great value for money and would certainly return.
Big thank you to Faye for finding it for us.

Really enjoyed my spa day, treatments 10/10 also 10/10 for customer service.
Booking via SpaSeekers was nice and easy, will be using both again. Thank you!

I took my mum here for her birthday. We had brunch at The Orchard which was nice. The pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are in the basement and the atmosphere is lush, surrounded by (fake) candles. There were as many loungers and seats you could fit around the pool, not so many that you were up against each other but more than I've experienced at other spa's.
The waiting area before you have a treatment is curtained off next to the reception area, and there are heated loungers for you to use while you wait.
The treatment was lovely and tailored to your needs. I had a facial and back, neck and shoulder massage; the therapist used products she thought appropriate for my skin and asked me if there were any areas to focus on specifically for the massage.
I couldn't book what I originally wanted but SpaSeekers called me promptly with some alternatives.
Spa seemed well maintained and clean.
My favourite spa to date, if it had a nicer restaurant it would be perfect.
