Spar review

Cynthia Prins, Cambridge

The initial booking was made but then they realised they could not fit in 4 people. They looked for somewhere close by with the same type of deal which was excellent.
We did not manage to arrive in time due to a detour for fallen trees which meant we missed our treatments. They really went out of their way to accommodate us and arranged for us to have our treatments later during the day which was excellent. The spa also managed to fit us in for lunch even though the day was so busy. There were 94 people for the day for treatments .
The team were excellent in accommodating us and the service was brilliant.
Julia Gritton who evaluated what products of ELEMIS we should use was excellent. She made us feel so important as the most customer . She was really brilliant in her customer care and should be highly valued in her job.

Hen Party Overnight Stay

Sue Long , Haddiscoe

We came here for a Hen Party as a mixed age group of 15 adults . Mandy @ SpaSeekers dealt with our initial enquiry & she was excellent nothing was too much trouble & the booking process was completed with ease. The Hotel is in a lovely setting & the staff are very accommodating & friendly . Adam in the Restaurant/Bar was exceptional very amusing & fab customer service . Our only criticism would be the chairs in the dining room which are very shabby when everywhere else has been refurbished or decorated . Would definitely recommend SpaSeekers for booking to my friends & Bury Bannatyne's as a great place for a Hen Weekend .

Relaxed and chilled

Vicky Tibbs , Essex

3 of us went to Clarice House for a spa day. Included in our package was an 1/2 hour treatment, but we also booked extra treatments. The whole experience was great, we even managed to get a lunch booking and the food was lovely. We all left feeling extremely relaxed and pampered. Thank to everyone for making our day so enjoyable.

Lovely Day

Claire Thompson, Norwich

We had a lovely day at Clarice House Bury St Edmunds.
We could not fault the Spa really all was great.
The Treatments were amazing and we all said that the massage and facials were one of the best we have had.
Lunch was really nice and a lot more than we expected so that was a bonus.
The staff were all friendly enough who did the treatments and could not fault them.
Slight rush at checking in and we were not shown round the facilities but I think that was because our 1st treatments were booked in at 9am so we were being called for them before we had introduction but that was the only slight negative but that was to do with us arriving at 8.45am and not earlier, all other staff were friendly and helpful.
Spa was clean and tidy and we truly had a relaxing pampered day!! Thank you we will definitely go again and through SpaSeekers as it was a great deal!

A beautiful birthday treat

Cheryl Herman, Mattishall Norfolk

This was mine and daughter's first experience of a Spa Day and Clarice House Bury St Edmunds was the perfect place for novices such as us. The attentive service throughout the whole day was exemplary and we both felt thoroughly pampered. The staff are so kind and welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door.
I cannot thank you enough for making my daughter’s birthday present special.
I will definitely consider booking again.
