The initial booking was made but then they realised they could not fit in 4 people. They looked for somewhere close by with the same type of deal which was excellent.
We did not manage to arrive in time due to a detour for fallen trees which meant we missed our treatments. They really went out of their way to accommodate us and arranged for us to have our treatments later during the day which was excellent. The spa also managed to fit us in for lunch even though the day was so busy. There were 94 people for the day for treatments .
The team were excellent in accommodating us and the service was brilliant.
Julia Gritton who evaluated what products of ELEMIS we should use was excellent. She made us feel so important as the most customer . She was really brilliant in her customer care and should be highly valued in her job.
