Introduction

Wildmoor Spa is nestled amongst the Warwickshire countryside, easily accessible from the M40 & A46. We pride ourselves on our first class customer service. We offer state of the art fitness facilities including Power plates, floodlit tennis courts and over 80 classes per week complimented by our 20m pool & Hydrotherapy Spa. In addition to these services we offer a luxurious range of treatments delivered by our professional & friendly team.

The Spa & Treatments

Here at the Wildmoor we have created a treatment menu to really indulge yoursef in. Our professional team of therapists deliver ‘Elemis' Face & Body treatments plus Hand & Foot treatments created by the well known Jessica. We aim to ensure that we deliver the best possible treatment to suit your needs whilst making sure you have a relaxed & enjoyable experience.

Fitness

If you are feeling energetic on your spa day you may take advantage of our fitness suite which boasts over 90 pieces of fitness equipment including Technogym. Whether it is your first time in a gym or you're a regular user there are fitness professionals on hand to make sure your visit is worthwhile. In addition to the fitness suite we also offer power plate sessions, tennis and over 80 classes including Yoga & Pilates which are bookable on the day.

Cuisine

All Spa day guests will enjoy a delicious 2 course lunch served in The Brassiere. The Brassiere offers an informal dining experience which caters for all requirements. We also have a patio area so if the weather is on your side you may take advantage of this and dine al fresco.

Average This was my third visit to the Wildmoor Spa since 2007. It was lovely to chill out for a day but disappointing compared to previous visits. The facilities have lost a lot of their sparkle since my first visit in 2007. During previous visits the changing facilities and toilets were cleaned regularly but I didn\'t see one cleaner on this occasion. The treatments and the treatment staff were as lovely as ever but the administration and reception staff were not very welcoming and just kept moaning between themselves, which spoilt the lovely atmosphere. Excellent We had a lovely day. It was very relaxing and the facilities were excellent. My only complaint would be that when we asked on the day if there were any extra treatments available we were told that they were all booked. However, when we actually had our treatments, there were very few rooms being used and we had the manicure and pedicure completely on our own. We did not see the mud room being used at all (this is what extra treatment we were considering). I can only assume that there were not enough staff for any extra bookings but it does say in the literature that extra treatments can be booked on the day. Good The only problem I had was the booking of my treatments. These were changed three times before my visit and still changed on the day. So there were a lot of phone calls. However, once there I had a really great day. The facilities are excellent with plenty of comfy loungers to relax on. I would go again with no hesitation. Exercise, relax, and pamper The spa experience was given to me by my daughters. At first I thought what a waste of money. When I got there the staff were so welcoming, I was shown around the spa and given a time table of all my treatments. Such a great day, I would do it again. Mother and Daughter The rooms were easy to find and close together, which was an advantage over wondering round and trying to find them. Professional, friendly, serene If you visit the spa for the first time a 1/2 hour is needed for the induction. They should make this clear at the time of booking. We wanted to go to some of the exercise classes and it would have been helpful if some information was available. The facilities were very clean and beautiful. A pleasant surprise! I was very pleasantly surprised on arrival at Wildmoor. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable right away. The pool, sauna and steam room were clean and welcoming. It was not crowded at all, which was a surprise being a Saturday on a Bank Holiday weekend. The only negatives were firstly, being told on the phone beforehand that you had to take your own shampoo and conditioner as this wasn�t supplied (however this was a minor detail afterwards), and the other was that our last treatment wasn�t until 5.15pm and it was a file and polish, which, obviously was difficult not to smudge on the way home! I had my toes done, I must say I was disappointed that it literally was a file and paint and my feet were not soaked beforehand etc. However on the whole it was a lovely relaxing day and I would consider going again but I would book direct with the Spa itself next time.
