Friendly, professional spa therapists are at the ready with delicious treatments courtesy of Elemis and Clarins, to leave you feeling pampered, relaxed and genuinely rather lovely. Enjoy a calming massage or holistic therapy if you feel like trying something a bit different, then you might like to head down to the state of the art thermal suite with its selection of experiences - a tepidarium, Laconium and caldarium, experience showers that replicate tropical storms and an ice fountain to cool things back down.Fitness

Couples Spa Day I booked a couples spa day for myself and my partner for his birthday at the Welcombe Spa. The Spa is beautiful. Very large and lots of natural light. We spent the morning in the pools and heat treatment rooms which were all spotless and spacious. The best part was the outdoor pool - don\'t be put off with it being outside as it\'s the temperature of very warm bath water and the jets are fab. Lunch was gorgeous, as were the hot chocolates (not very healthy but too good to resist). In the afternoon we had our treatments with two very friendly girls from the Elemis/Clarins treatment rooms and they were amazing. I\'d be more than happy to go back again! |

Pure enjoyment I was treated to a Spa break with my sister for my Birthday. This included an overnight stay in the hotel and an allowance towards our evening meal and included breakfast. We had a fantastic time. The hotel and spa staff were very helpful and pleasant. We made full use of the pool and thermal rooms, which were beautifully maintained. We both had a 30 minute facial which was very relaxing. We dined in the hotel and had wonderful food and service. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return. |

Relaxing day Visited with a friend and had a very enjoyable day. The facilities are excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. The food was simple, light and delicious. I loved the outdoor pool and the tepidarium. The massage, facial, manicure and pedicure were given by experienced, professional and friendly staff and were extremely good. The place was clean throughout. The only down side was that there were painters and decorators by the pool and the massage was partly disturbed by hammering of workmen; management could plan such work when it will not disturb the ambience of the spa for clients. Overall, I would certainly visit again. |

OUTSTANDING The hotel and spa was amazing. The staff were really nice. Our treatments were booked for 10.30am and were fantastic; even though you cannot book in until 2.30pm you have full use of the hotel and spa. The views from the hotel were out of this world, and the hotel is one and a half miles away from Stratford and there are country walk ways straight into the heart of Stratford. Every aspect of the stay was really good from the treatments to the food. The biggest disappointment was going through SpaSeekers. I booked online; they took my money, and then informed me they never had a room in the hotel of my choice. Several days and phone calls later I finally had a booking. I would not recommend going through SpaSeekers as even though they eventually found me somewhere to go I was not aware what treatments or meals was included in my stay. |

Classy, modern spa experience Bright modern spa with excellent facilities (much more than just the bog standard sauna/steam/Jacuzzi/pool combination), with outdoor vitality pool a particular hit! The therapist staff are very pleasant and the treatments of good quality; Clarins products used. Very good and filling \'light\' lunch provided, unfortunately later than requested, we had to chase it up, possibly due to an entirely different team of staff in reception after twelve compared to when we arrived. Only three stars for staff is a reflection on this, not on the therapists. Gemma and Hannah were excellent. Overall four stars, (unable to give five stars to anything less than similar to the full Centre Parks Aqua Sana experience), but a very pleasant spa package, we were having a mini pamper day and we\'re already planning a next visit. |

Fabulous vitality pool! Vitality pool was great...treatment good but a little rushed due to being short-staffed, which also meant the times changed and my friend and I had to go at different times. It was disappointing that children were allowed in between 10am and 12am, and again between 3pm and 5pm...But the wine was good while we waited for them to clear out! Staff at the spa reception could have been better presented. Spa facilities were good and clean...lovely pool. Food was good and room was small but very nice. |
