Lovely day! We enjoyed our time at the spa - the staff were fabulous and did everything to make the day a lovely experience. The treatments were gorgeous. We were disappointed that Spa Seekers did not make it clear that children have access to all the facilities throughout the day. Therefore our spa day was not as quiet as we would have hoped. |

Not as relaxing as it could have been My sister and I took our mum here for a birthday spa treat, on the mother & daughter package. Had a good day overall but there were a few things that let the day down. Posititves: - Large gym, lots of machines. Access to classes- large food portions at Costa and quality exceeded expectations! Negatives:- biggest gripe, package is supposed to include choice of manicure or pedicure. We were told that we could only have manicures... we all wanted pedicures. We were not informed by staff we could attend classes until it was too late.Lunch only included one drink and main, no sweet! Our treatments in the tranquility spa area were at the end of the day. We were not informed by staff that there was steam and sauna rooms in the tranquility area, so used those by the pool area - along with everyone else going to the gym on a busy Saturday. Not a relaxing spa experience! |

Nice treatments, but incomplete experience The treatments on the mother and daughter day were enjoyable and professionally delivered. But I was somewhat disappointed by the overall experience. The lunch was provided in the coffee bar (Costa Coffee I think) belonging to the centre. The pool facilities were OK but we didn\'t feel that the centre provided the complete package. It would be better described as a treatment session rather than a spa day. |

This was very good I visited the spa on 20/5/09. I first enjoyed the pool and sauna's.The swimming pool was beautiful and water warm.Relaxing.I the had an lunch in Costa.Service was good. My first treatment started at 1 pm with full body massage.I think that it was the best massage for ever.The therapist was really friendly and had excellent technique. She told that she has been working on the cruises before. The facial, manicure and pedicure were really good as well. All treatments were given by this same person.I felt really good and relaxed.The day made such an difference to the busy week.Thank you spaseekers! |
