perfect way to relax Reception staff were very friendly, was greeted by my therapist who used my first name which was a nice personal touch, was shown to an area to complete my form while the treatment room was prepared.Treatment room was fantastic very modern in decor. Therapist explained the order of the treatments, was even able to add an additional treatment on day. Back, neck and shoulder massage was too die for, therapist relaxed muscles in my shoulders that have been tight for months. Facial was very enjoyable as well. Therapist explained all products afterwards and also recommended products that i could use at home, was given plenty of time to dress afterwards was not rushed out of treatment room, even offered a warm drink afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone and have already looked into going back again. 10/10 |

A lovely day This was a thoroughly lovely and relaxing day out. I took my Mum as a treat and we enjoyed all the facililities, of swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam/sauna in the morning. Then after a light lunch we went into the treatment area. The two women who looked after us, could not have made us feel more pampered. We had back massage, facial and manicure. The whole experience was excellent and we were very well looked after throughout by experienced, professional, helpful and friendly staff. Here's to the next time. |
