Had a lovely time We had 2 mother & daughter days (4 of us in all) – all access to the sport club, facial, massage + mani or pedicure + a lovely lunch. The facial was lovely + the neck/shoulder massage really relaxing. All the staff were very friendly. Lovely lunch – very tasty. Relaxed on sofas till we went home. |

Best Birthday EVER! My spa visit was orgnaised by my Dad as a birthday surprise and it was one of the best gifts I have ever recieved. We were both greeted by the Sap Manager who had come in early as she wanted to be there to meet me, all the staff members who were looking after me for the day were introduced to me, all were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I had my day planned for my by the staff including a full body massage,lunch, head massage, and manicure and pedicure and when they found out that I couldn\'t have the manicure because of the fibre glass tips I had on they were more than willing to change it to a full pedicure. Both the girls who treated me in the salon were fantastic, provided me with samples of the products and beauty tips and the Restaurant manager was nice enough to give complimentary coffee to my Dad too. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were lovely, not at all crowed like local pools and the gym was so easy to use. I felt right at home and would fully reccomend the spa day and the facility to everyone I know and would like to say thank you for making my birthday such a lovely day! |

Cannot fault this, BUT The whole days was great, the staff were very professional. On arrival. The club reception, (not the spa) were very negative, never seen one of these before, what you here for' But then another lady interrupted and took over, then the professionalism came in, she showed us around the centre, showing us all. Excellent. The Spa staff then came to us and instructed us on when our first booking was, lunch, etc, and arranged all, we were then allowed to use the facilities of the centre, which were very clean. We used the sauna, steam rooms, swimming pool etc. We came out for our first experience of a massage, wonderful, first class. Finished and went for lunch, which we rushed as we were told to be back in 30 minutes. We did this, but not after we were sitting there for 45 mins + were we told our next session was at 3pm, This is where things got disjointed, our itinerary was not explained to us, had it been, either by yourselves or the Spa, I cannot answer who should have told us. But then had to go and lose ourselves in the centre for another 1 hour, which we did not mind, as we were enjoying our day, had things been more in flowing with time, this would have been top class. We did mention this to the spa personnel, but things could not be altered at that late stage, All in all , was an excellent day and would recommend, and certainly do it again, but in hindsight make sure all our treatments where more flowing and not disjointed, BUT CERTAINLY no complaint in the treatments. |

Great treatments Best part of the day was the massage, I asked for a deep tissue massage and boy did she deliver.... it was by far the best massage I've received in any of the SPA's I've visited. My friend had a different therapist but she too thought it was the best of massage of all the SPA's we have visited. We treat ourselves to a SPA day once every six months so we have visited quiet a few by now. The only disappointment of the day is that that the location is a family Health Centre so it didn't have the feel of a luxury spa, (no robe or slippers at this location) but cost was the same as other luxury SPAs. However the treatments made up for the atmosphere. |
