Pre Natal Spa Day /night Myself and two friends decided to book a night away as we were all pregnant and feeling a little run down. So we booked a spa indulge package. We arrived and checked into our rooms which were great, nice and big, clean and modern. We then popped down to the spa which we were treated very nicely by the staff.We then popped into the pool for a swim, the pool area was a good size but very busy. We then went upstairs to get ready for our meal which was included in the price, but when we went down for the meal there was only a small selection of the menu available which was included in the package. Unfortunatly I had a crying baby in the bedroom next door to me which woke every 3 hours and the whole purpose of me staying there was to have a break from my own crying baby at home, which but a bit of a dampner on it for me. However the breakfast cheered me up, it was fab! :-) |

Fantastic destressing massage I was a little apprehensive having my first ever treatment but the massage I had at Healthworks was fantastic. As a student I get very stiff shoulders working at a computer all day but the massage really helped to loosen my back. Before the massage I had a swim, sauna and used the Jacuzzi. This was a great way to relax before the treatment. I will certainly be coming back for more. |

Spa Day I booked two relaxation days for my Mum’s birthday and I have to say they lived up to their name. We arrived in the morning and were given robes and towels and lounged around the pool and made the most of the Sauna and spa bath. If you want more activity then there were plenty of classes and a gym to use as well. We went for lunch which really filled you up; there was plenty of choice too. We had treatments in the afternoon which were fantastic. I went for the back massage and mini facial. My tense shoulders were well and truly loosened and my skin was so soft after the facial. I will definitely be coming back. |
