Pretty good The Spa area was quiet and relaxing. The treatments were heavenly - most of us had the back massage and facial and 1 person had manicure and pedicure. I think we were all satisfied with the attitude of the staff and the quality of the treatments given. We were allowed to remain in the quiet area of the Spa after treatments to relax, and also given access to water and flavoured teas which was appreciated. The pool area was nice but could have been cleaner. At one side of pool there was a drain-like smell coming from the vents. On the whole we enjoyed our swim.The lunch in the Victory Pub was very good. Food was plentiful and hot. I would probably use the SpaSeekers site again to search for offers as I found this to be a good deal. |

Good Budget Spa Good small spa, but being attached to a hotel detracted some what from the relaxation. The hotel was ok, the food was ok, the bar was ok, but the price is relatively low so to be expected. The pool area was crowded and used by a lot of children The staff were very pleasant but I have had better treatments elsewhere. Overall it is a good budget spa if you want a cheap break but its by no means amazing. |
