Spa was good, with a range of facilities, however treatments were rushed and we were rushed out of the spa as it closed at 5, not ideal when i'd had a pedicure at 4.45! Hotel is clean, and rooms are comfortable. Had to eat in bar as restaurant is closed Sundays, food was good however breakfast in the restaurant was amazing! Shame we couldn't eat in there on the Sunday evening. Overall a good experience for the money, but if you really want to be pampered book an extra treatment!
The whole experience was marvellous and really enjoyable, absolutely friendly staff and couldn't be any more helpful. Would definitely recommend to anybody else!
A friend and booked booked a Viva Friday night spa break as a treat. Spa Seekers were efficient and pleasant when dealing with the booking. The treatments were very good (back massages) and we spent some time in the spa area, utilising the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The room was immaculately clean and well equipped. There was a little bit of noise from the bar downstairs, but it stopped fairly early so wasn't a problem. The food - evening meal and breakfast, was delicious. In all, a very enjoyable stay and well worth the money. (Just one draw back I felt was that we had to confirm the spa treatments and make the evening restaurant table reservations ourselves with the hotel , and getting hold of the Reception desk at the hotel wasn't easy, - I feel that as Spa Seekers arrange the break, they should book it on our behalf and then confirm it all for us via email. Especially as for the same price, I could have carried out the booking directly with the hotel myself, however, I used Spa Seekers, hoping to save myself the hassle of doing so).
Booking the event was easy and well organised with SpaSeekers. The venue was welcoming, quick to check in and helpful. The spa area was well decorated, calm and relaxing, clean and inviting. The staff were welcoming and professional. The treatments were excellent and professionally delivered. We would and plan to return! The venue had lots of activity, making it vibranta variety of things to do. Starbucks for coffee, spa area, gym, pool etc. Meals were good. Overall a little bit if heaven for 24 hours!
Stayed here for my birthday, staff very helpful and attentive. Facilities are second to none, cleanliness was of high standard, the treatments at the spa was fantastic and staff at the spa were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without a second thought and would definitley recomend this hotel.
