The hotel pools and the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi were clean and not too crowded. The treatment area was very pleasant with friendly and professional staff, who explained clearly the routine in this area, putting a nervous customer at ease! I would suggest the relaxation area could be a bit bigger and perhaps facilities for tea, coffee and soft drinks could be provided to add to the experience.
Had a brilliant two day stay staff very pleasant.
I came with a group of friends to stay overnight and have a indulgence spa treatment which was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend people to definitely to go where we went...
Overall we all had a good day at this spa. We had bought a treatment package for three of us with lunch included. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to change one of the treatments. I enjoyed the massage and the facial but was disappointed with the mini pedicure which was just a file and polish. I would have expected at least a foot massage. We had told them it was a birthday treat and they gave us all a bag with a few testers. I did feel that that the area could have been a little bit cleaner and felt a little uncomfortable that the boyfriend of another client was allowed to wait in the area where we were sat between treatments. I thought this should be for clients only. The meal was lovely and the pool area was nice but not very relaxing as lots of families with children were there. I love kids but being a teacher and a mum wanted a break to chill in peace on my birthday.
My sister and I were bought this package by our Mum for Christmas. We had a lovely relaxing day the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had the most glorious day and the spa was just nicely busy. We were even able to swim outside which was a rare treat for this time of the year. We used the gym too! My only small moan would be the lunch and although the staff were lovely our sandwiches were a bit stale and the soup not very hot. (They had had a busy weekend they said and had run out of a lot of things which is a shame that a big Hotel like that wasn't more organised) apart from that we had a lovely relaxing days and the treatments were good too . I came away feeling so relaxed and had the best nights sleep I have had for a long timeI would definitely go back and next time even stay a night as well, you would never know you were in Blackpool great place!!! Thank you x
