Made to feel welcome! I booked a Lovers Spa Day for my gorgeous lady and I to enjoy as part of our engagement celebrations over the Christmas period. We were greeted at the Spa by friendly staff who provided us with a gown and towels. Unfortunately they then said that the Jacuzzi was out of service. When we ventured in to the swimming pool area we noticed that the Jacuzzi was overflowing very dirty water in to the freezing cold pool so we decided to give the pool a miss. Thankfully the steam room and sauna were top notch! We spent a fair amount of time enjoying these facilities. The treatments we had booked were nothing short of amazing! The staff were true professionals and treated us like royalty. We were very pleased with the overall experience even with the Jacuzzi being out of service. We would definitely recommend anyone to come Tudor Park for their spa day! |

An excellent pamper day! This was a spa day booked for me as a birthday surprise and was a superb and professional spa and Lou the therapist was excellent. The treatments were changed to suit my requests and so this enabled me to have the morning relaxing by the pool and the afternoon spent having back to back treatments. I chose a facial, a pressure point face massage and a luxury pedicure, all treatments were very relaxing using fabulous Decleor products. My only complaints are the long wait at the beauty reception due to lack of staff and that the dressing gowns are far too small!! I requested a larger gown twice but they could not assist me. If I had known I would have brought my own gown this needs to be looked into urgently.I have recommended this spa to my friends and family. I can\'t wait to come back again!Highly recommended superb. |

Friendly, pleasant and relaxing My mother and I visited Tudor Park on a day Spa and had full access to all facilities. Finding the venue was very easy and there was plenty of parking. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff and the facilities were good, although, booking it on a Saturday did mean there were quite a few locals who were using the facilities too and lots of golfers, but this did not put us off. The pool is more of a dip/plunge pool and you could only swim a little so not ideal if you wanted to do a few lengths. The sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi were great and there was plenty of water available if you got thirsty. Lunch was excellent and the portions were just right and hit the right spot. Our treatments were a great experience, with a back massage and a manicure undertaken by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend and revisit as we left relaxed and thoroughly pampered. |

Excellent value I booked this spa day for £49 per person for my friend’s hen day and took 14 ladies. Andrea handled the booking and was helpful and in regular contact throughout the lead up to our day. We were given a spa itinerary in advance and all the paperwork for the ladies to complete in advance to avoid time wasting on the day. We all had 1 treatment each and everyone was very pleased with theirs. We received robes and towels for use on the day and some slippers to keep. Lunch was included with 2 courses and plenty of fresh juices and water. The lunch was a very good size and we could not have eaten any more! Excellent value day with a treatment and lunch included. The facilities were all clean and in good condition. Some of us took part in some classes which again were all included. All in all I would recommend this spa and will most definitely be going back. |

Reasonable luxury spa day Quality of treatments was excellent. Leisure suite staff not so helpful though (apart from manager). Our treatments were booked at the start of the day so no time was available to use spa facilities beforehand which was expected, however when we did want to use them after our treatments we constantly had to ask where to go, how to get towels etc. We were not offered any robes so the beauticians had to find some. Hence did not feel very \'looked after\' especially when paying for a luxury day. Jacuzzi was not working; only one jet in whole Jacuzzi was producing bubbles. Only 4 chairs by the pool so nowhere to sit and relax in the pool area. |

40th Birthday Treat I had a great day with my friends. We were there for the whole day, so a little disappointed not to be offered towelling robes. The staff were all friendly but the restaurant was not the greatest. The food was excellent but we had £10 vouchers and were not allowed to use any of that money towards a drink. Also 2 of us spent under but they still charged the other 2 the extra which I thought was a little unfair. Overall a good day although the Jacuzzi could have been a little less like a bath and had more bubbles! I would still go back |

Top Spa Treatment My wife and I had a \"Lovers Pamper Day\" at the beautiful Tudor Spa in Maidstone. We were welcomed by staff and given a complete outline of our day, with times, towels and keys. The gym was well equipped and the swimming pool, changing rooms and sauna were clean and enjoyable. Unfortunately the steam room was out of working order. Next we used our £10 voucher (each) towards our lunch at the bar. Unfortunately this was the only part of our day which we felt let the package down. The food was extremely over-priced and we waited only a few minutes short of an hour to get our main meal which we would not have paid half of the price for in another restaurant. Lastly, we enjoyed possibly the best back-shoulder-neck massage ever! The two staff giving our treatment were friendly and professional - we took their names for future treatment. Well worth the treatment, consider however where you eat. |

Relaxing experience and excellent treatments My mother and I visited the spa in May 2010 with the ‘Mother and Daughter\' spa package. The hotel and spa felt very luxurious and we were warmly welcomed by staff. The spa was very clean with excellent facilities and a nice setting. We were particularly impressed with the high standard of the changing room and the complimentary toiletries on offer. The treatments were of a high standard (back massage, facial and nail file & paint) and the beauty treatment rooms had a nice relaxing atmosphere. The treatments were good value for money. The only slight downside of the day was in relation to the lunch provided. A light lunch was advertised, which in fact was a £10 voucher towards food (only) from the menu. However, there was very little within this on the menu, even light options. Therefore be prepared to pay a little extra towards the lunch. Having said that, the food was lovely. |

Not bad Best thing about it was the treatments which were pretty good. The hotel looks nice from the outside. The spa is OK, but just not hugely inspiring - e.g. the pool is pretty bland. And the treatment area is OK, but lacks inspiration. Maybe it is just what you would expect from a big chain hotel spa though! |
