Very pleased with the service received at the actual spa, very clean and the beds were lovely and warm. The standard of the treatments and the service provided by the spa team was very good. However we booked a spa day and unfortunately the lunch experience put a damper on the day as we were treated not very well as we hadn't booked the whole spa experience, we were left waiting and when asking if we could purchase more were told we were unable to. I may have gone back, but not with that.
I have been to Witney Lakes before but not on a spa day and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Treatments were the best i've had and was a lovely relaxing environment. Food was lovely and the staff around the resort very friendly. One little let down was the way some of the spa girls were talked to by the manager. I think it was unprofessional.
Having visited for the first time in some time I was very impressed with the further improvements that have been made and the hair salon is back too for a one stop shop experience! Excellent service from the staff , great treatments , good value and a real feeling of been looked after would certainly recommend and go back again thank you
I booked a Spa Day here to try and relax prior to the arrival of my second child. I was not disappointed! At 38 weeks pregnant, relaxing and getting comfortable is a big ask....but The Spa at Witney Lakes were incredible. They offer a special massage specifically for mothers-to-be which takes place on an arrangement of beanbags and duvets which allows you to relax and be supported in a way you'd forgotten in late pregnancy!!! The massage was the best I have EVER had. I highly recommend it. :o)
We had a lovely day at Witney Lakes, the treatments were amazing and the actual therapists were very good but our day was let down due to rudeness from the manager. Out of principal we wouldn't go back because of how she dealt with a situation.
