fair Had to wait a long time when we arrived, for staff to acknowledge our presence, Paid £15.00 for nails to be paintedone person actually had a file included the other did'nt (Not worth the money) paint flaked off before getting home |

not good experience Unfortunately this was not meeting expectations as a pamper day for mother and daughters.The treatments were all a bit rushed and so none were of a standard required. The manicure very basic, the massages were dependent on the staff member. We had filled in a health questionnaire but these were not read as my sister who had had surgery was pressed on the shoulder scar and also the bed was not lowered for her even though she had stated that she had back problems.The manager on duty did offer a voucher which we would not really want to use. A shame as this was a treat after a bad year for my mother and sister.Will probably check out a spa myself rather than use this type of search again. |

Oasis Wrap Apologies first for the delay in writing but I wanted to let you know that I thoroughly enjoyed the Tropical Oasis treatment I had the other day. It was relaxing and not having to shower after the exfoliation as you used warm towels made the treatment more special in my opinion. I left the Spa feeling as though I was floating on air and smelling of the tropics and had the best night sleep for a while. I would certainly highly recommend this treatment, and have in fact been telling friends about it. Thank you again for a very relaxing and pleasurable time within the Spa, you are an excellent therapist and know your treatments well. |

Exceptional I’ve had a couple of massages at the Thames club Spa now and I have to say every time I’ve been it has been exceptional. All the staff are friendly and professional, they really understand what it is you’re after. The rooms are well decorated clean and very comfortable. I love all the extra touches like the hot towel after I was told this is great to warm and sooth the muscles. I would and have recommended this spa to friends and family. |

Pedicure and pamper! What can I say? Will recommend to all my friends! Fabulous Therapists who are warm, friendly, professional and obviously know their craft! I have to say you have created a wonderful, calming and relaxing place to be. Personal attention is paid without feeling intrusive, just the right balance. As soon as you walk through the door you feel at ease. I am very conscious of my feet and don not like them being touched at the best of times. In the summer months I like to wear sandals and of course your feet need to look and feel good! My pedicure was a pleasure! There is nothing more relaxing than soaking your feet in warm water after a long day at work! The treatment was executed perfectly! My feet looked gorgeous and I did not have to deliberate on which nail polish to choose as my therapist knew how to advise on the best choice. |
