chill out time Staff were very friendly and helpful. The treatments were brilliant and very relaxing. Food was very nice.When we arrived we were attended to immediately and made to feel welcome. We were given a drink and given the lunch menu. We were shown around the spa and our itinery was explained.we had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience and would like to go back again. |

excellent facilities I really enjoyed the experience, it was enjoyable for myself and my partner. The spa had a wide range of facilities that suits both men and women. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. A bit disappointing This 2nd visit to the City Point Spa wasn't as good as my previous visit. We booked a day spa, with extra treatments. The facilities are stylish and modern, excellent gym, the pool is great for serious swimmers. But I felt it was let down by poor service and overbooking this time. The robes provided were tatty, one had a big hole in the front! There was hot water but no tea bags at the pre-treatment lounge and not enough seats for everyone that was waiting. After lunch we wanted to relax and read before our treatments, but there are too few loungers by the pool, and somebody was sleeping in the sauna/steam area with the lights off, so there was nowhere for us to sit.My Gerards Green Tea abdomen treatment was perfunctory, not at all luxurious and sadly not really effective. I was left alone for half an hour for it to work - why not give a head massage or something in that time? |

Fantastic Experience me and my friend visited The Spa at The CityPoint club on a saturday. our first impression of the spa was 'wow' i could not beleive that i was still in the city of london, but yet i felt like i had escaped to a whole new place. The staff could not do enough for you and were all very professional.My massage was so relaxing and afterwards i fell asleep in their relaxation room with tropical fish. me and my friend had a lovely day and i will definatly be going back. :-) |
