Pamper Day Review My visit to the spa was a Pamperday out with my sister. The staff were polite and courteous and very helpful. The treatments we received were also excellent, as was the food at lunch time. This was my second visit. One small point that did slightly spoil the day; we spent the morning in the pool area, also using the Jacuzzi, steam and sauna. There was another family there with two small children who were noisy, they kept \"bombing\" into the pool and the Jacuzzi and going in and out of the steam and sauna, despite being far too young for the latter three. My sister and I and another lady all asked them to behave, but the parents did nothing. This is not a complaint about your spa, just something to be aware of. The facilities are designed for adults not children and we went for a relaxing day which, for the morning it certainly was not. - Lesley Read |

Fantastic Felbridge This is one of the best day spas we have been to and has gone in at number 2 in our list of favourite spas. Lots of plus points: Luxurious, tasteful decor. Wonderful treatments carried out on heated beds by really nice therapists. Large Jacuzzi positioned so you look out over the gardens. Lovely lunch (which you can eat in your robe, always a bonus I think). Tea and coffee provided at no extra charge throughout the day. Comfortable loungers. Only had one minor issue: the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud (although it didn\'t stop me from having a nap!) but it did make it a bit difficult to talk. Overall, a really good experience and a spa to which we will return. |

Fantastic Break My girlfriend and I had a wonderful day at The Felbridge. I treated her to a well earned over night break for her birthday and we were not let down. From the moment we arrived we were treated with a warm welcome. The facilities in the spa, whilst quite busy on a Saturday afternoon, didn’t prevent us from being able to use them all at our leisure. The treatments we received were thoroughly relaxing. The food at the restaurant was delicious and although we were quite full after the main course we still managed to struggle through a desert too. This was a dream of a break, one we would totally recommend if you are considering going. |

A Fantastic Totally \'Me\' Day In all my 60+ years I have never indulged in a Pamperday…I now know what I have been missing! This day was a Christmas gift from my beloved and I decided to use it on the day before my birthday (combine two self-indulgent times). From my morning arrival at the spa to my late afternoon departure I was made to feel really special; the reception staff couldn\'t have been nicer and more helpful, the changing facilities were excellent and the effect of a couple of hours chilling out in the pool and Jacuzzi worked their magic in preparation for my afternoon treatments. The lunch choice was difficult to make (too many tempting alternatives on the menu) but the soup and chicken were both very good. I had really been looking forward to the hour-long body massage and was not disappointed; by the end of it ‘relaxed’ and ‘serene’ do not come close to what I was feeling. Looking at my face after the facial made me feel 10 years younger and the manicure and pedicure just finished off an amazing day. |
