Great Facilities Friendly Staff Good location and nice that is is attached to a hotel so that you can get food etc, however still seperate in a way. I had a lovely relaxing treatment followed by a dip in the pool and spa. As a result of this i am now a member as all of the facilities are great. Relaxed Friendly Professional The Spirit staff were completely 100% dedicated to making my time spent with them as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.All of the Beauty therapists had fantastic product knowledge and were very helpful with what would suit me as an individual. Dissapointing spa expereince The pool was full of loud children and was cold Only one of the heated loungers were working.
