The Holiday Inn Hotel in Gloucester hides a spa that's well worth a visit if you're staying in the hotel and also merits a visit if you just want a perfect spa day.
The Spirit Health Club has everything you need to feel pampered and relaxed, from gorgeous Dermalogica treatments that you know will do you good as well as making you feel great, Jessica nails and tanning with St tropez.
Holistic therapies are also on the spa menu and a simple massage is another option.
The swmming pool and sauna/steam areas are delightfully relaxing, as is a few lengths of the swimming pool.

nice I enjoyed myself at this spa was not the best I have been to but for a birthday present it was very nice and good to spend some quality time with my sister, they could do with more activities, apart from that the massage was very nice I felt relaxed and chilled out after. |
