good but Signing to spa misleading and took us round the back, which was very scruffy. told to arrive at 9.30 for welcome and tour - that took 5 mins, and then we couldn\'t use the facilities until 10.30 as it was a Monday and the pool etc. are checked out. Morning coffee and afternoon tea weren\'t included, and we were charged £11.80 for 1 coffee & 3 teas, two of which were out of the same small pot! The lunch menu was limited but the tuna salad was nice & included in the price. We had the \'supreme pamper day\' - a body polish, massage, facial, pedicure & manicure (no top coat). Communication from the two therapists was pretty much non-existent in terms of saying what they were going to do, and going to use. The first I knew that eye pads were going to be applied is when it happened & oil was applied to my hair without asking first; no towelling hair band on offer. |

Lovely! We were impressed by the staff, they couldn\'t have put themselves out more! The spa area was spotless; we felt very pampered and very relaxed after our treatments. The pool area is beautiful but the changing facilities would benefit from an upgrade. Overall we had an excellent day. |
